Refund Policy

All pass products are non-refundable. All sales of pass products are final with the exception of a pass rollover for those who purchase pass protection. 

26/27 Pass Protection Policy

Pass Protection must be purchased at the time of purchasing your Indy Pass, with no exceptions. Each Pass must have a separate Pass Protection policy to be eligible. Eligibility requires: (1) Pass Protection must be purchased at time of Pass purchase for the specific Pass; (2) zero Redemptions during the current Season; and (3) a written exchange request received no later than April 1 of the current season.

Once a pass is rolled over, no additional refunds or rollovers will be accepted without purchase of the subsequent year's Pass Protection.
