User Account

If you are an owner of an account on estore.indyskipass.com, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. Indy Passes or promotional codes provided for the purchase of an Indy Pass may not be resold for any dollar amount.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Indy ski pass terms of use

By purchasing and using the Indy Ski Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Pass usage

The Indy Pass is for the exclusive use of the named passholder and is non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or misuse the pass may result in its immediate revocation without reimbursement. The pass is valid for one redemption per resort, per day.

Pass verification

The Indy AddOn Base Pass and the Indy AddOn+  Pass requires verification in accordance with the specified guidelines outlined on our website. Failure to undergo or fulfill the verification process as required will result in the passholder's ineligibility for certain benefits or reimbursements associated with the pass.

Compliance with rules

Passholders are required to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Indy Ski Pass, the partner ski resort, and any relevant governing bodies while using the pass. Violation of these rules may lead to pass suspension or cancellation without reimbursement.

Release of liability

Indy Ski Pass shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred by passholders while using the ski pass as per the terms of the Release of Liability. Passholders acknowledge that the use of the pass is at their own risk.
