What is an Indy Employee Pass?
The Indy Employee Pass is a special version of the Indy Pass that is exclusively available to employees of Indy Partner Resorts who opt into the Indy Employee Pass Program. All Indy partner resorts are welcome to participate in this program.
The Indy Employee Pass provides 2 free days of skiing/riding plus a third discounted day at each resort participating in the Employee Pass program. A full list is available resorts and their applicable blackout dates can be found below.
Indy Employee Passes are only valid at resorts listed below and cannot be redeemed at resorts that do not participate in the Indy Employee Pass Program.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Only current employees/volunteers of participating Indy partner resorts are eligible for an Indy Employee Pass.
- Indy Employee Passes are only valid at participating Indy Employee Pass Partner Resorts and cannot be redeemed at resorts that do not participate in the Indy Employee Pass Program.
- Access to this program for resort employees/volunteers is administered from their resort.
- Blackouts do apply on all Employee Passes. Visits are subject to advanced reservations if listed by each resort.
- Employees will need to be issued a permission code and be given a URL for the purchase website to purchase their Indy Employee Pass. We will send these to resort partners in October of 2025.
- Purchasers must provide a recent pay stub from a participating Indy Employee Pass Program to activate their pass after purchase. Volunteers will need a signed letter from their leadership team.
- The only costs for the Employee is $25 for account/pass setup.
- The Employee Pass is cloud-based, and not physical. Employee Passholders will need to use a government-issued ID (driver's License) to redeem their lift tickets at participating ski areas.
