A letter from Indy Pass Director Erik Mogensen

Dear Indy Pass Family,
I have four important items to cover:
1) Our "Easy Renew" process is now live for returning and lapsed passholders, which guarantees the lowest possible price and first access to the pass ahead of our public sale date slated for March 1.
2) We are launching a 250 Resort Guarantee for the 25/26 Season, adding more places to use your Indy Pass.
3) Pricing and Payment Plans
4) The "Pass with a Purpose"
Easy Renew
The biggest inbound customer service requests at Indy revolve around the renewal priority processes. Starting today, we are drastically simplifying the process by launching "Easy Renew" enrollment, giving every current and past Indy Passholder an opportunity to secure their pass before inventory is offered to the general public.
Participating in Easy Renew will provide a significant cost savings. Returning or lapsed passholders that use the Easy Renew technology can purchase an Adult Base pass for $299 before March 1, after which the price increases to $349 and spots are made available to the public.
When you log in to your account, you'll be asked to "Enroll in Easy Renew". A few clicks later your pass is secured for 25/26. Payments will be processed before the public sale for those who have enrolled. Our no bank/no interest payment plan is available with all purchases. All passes will incur a $10 Indy Card fee.
You must enroll BEFORE March 1 to secure a spot and pricing before the public sale and you can unenroll at any time.
Here's what you'll see when you log in:

250 Resort Guarantee
The 25/26 Indy Pass comes with a 250 Resort Guarantee for the 25/26 season. If we don't hit 250 by December 1, anyone who has already purchased a pass can request a refund by December 10. We plan to announce more new resorts throughout the spring and fall, and we have some big names coming your way.
While we expect all current Indy resorts to remain for next year, you also have the option to refund an unused pass by November 1, if your favorite resort from the 24/25 season does not return for 25/26. We keep it simple as that.
25/26 Public Sale Starts March 1
On March 1, the 25/26 Indy Pass will become available for everyone to purchase. Similar to past years, the sale will only be offered for a limited time at the lowest price of the year until we reach capacity.
Those on the waitlist will also get early access to the 25/26 Indy Pass at their respective price starting today, via a separate email.
We limit pass sales to preserve the independent and uncrowded experience found at our partner resorts. If you have friends/family who wish to join for next year and are not yet passholders, please ensure they sign up for the waitlist here. There's no guarantee the pass will go back on sale later this year.
This year’s base pass starts $349 ($299 for Easy Renew), a small increase since last year, but low enough to show our commitment to affordable skiing.
Indy's Payment Plan continues to be offered at zero interest and with zero 3rd party banks (unlike the big guys), and will be available to all purchasers, spreading the cost of skiing overtime.

Why Choose Indy?
Indy Pass’ singular purpose has remained the same since the first season: to empower more people to ski while supporting independent resorts and the communities around them.
This fall we released Mountains Not For Profit, a short film that highlighted four remarkable non-profit areas on the Pass. We will continue to use this type of visual storytelling to highlight Independent resorts.
Our intervention in Black Mountain, New Hampshire, continues. We are keeping our foot on the gas as we save and transition this historic ski area into a member-owned model that we think could scale across skiing.
You can bet that we have some more big things in the works, and that we will always be fiercely dedicated to being the "pass with a purpose".
We all have a role to play in keeping skiing independent, and we’re thankful for your support.
